Pop Labs Acquires Top-Ranking Brand Consultancy and Fellow Inc. 500/5000 Company to Add Full-Service Marketing Capabilities

HOUSTON, TX - October 6, 2011 - Pop Labs announced earlier today that it would acquire brand marketing specialist BrightBox Online, creating one of the most multi-talented and comprehensive marketing firms in the Southwest States. By joining together, the two companies will be one of the very few entities able to holistically offer marketing, advertising, P/R, and brand consulting services under one roof, without the complexities and degradation of services often experienced when service providers do not maintain their intellectual property and creative talent in-house.

The decision for the firms to come together follows the recent announcement that BrightBox was recognized in the prestigious INC 500 / 5,000 awards as the #230th fastest growing private company in the United States and Pop Labs' fourth consecutive year of recognition in position this year at #1,565.
