Pop Labs Sponsors Charity Speed Networking Unleashed
Houston, TX – April 15, 2008 – Houston based Pop Labs will sponsor Charity Speed Networking Unleashed which is being held on Sunday April 20th from 6pm-9pm. This must attend event is open to the public and 100% of proceeds from tickets ($10) and a silent auction during the event, will be donated to the Youth Development Center.
$10 gets you in the door for a night of "speed networking," drinks; munchies and a performance by Pop Labs own the Poetic Prophet (AKA the SEO Rapper).
“I am really looking forward to this event because it’s one of the few times a conference that wasn’t planned by someone in Houston, was held in Houston. I first met Jennifer, the Editor-in-chief for Search Engine guide at Got Social Media in January and I know firsthand that she has been working really hard at making this an event that you will want to attend” says Creative Services Director of Pop Labs Kelsey Ruger.
Charity Speed Networking Unleashed is a precursor to Search Engine Guide’s first Small Business Unleashed Conference held at the Northwest Forest Conference Center. Jennifer Laycock, the Editor-in-chief for Search Engine Guide says "Building your brand has always been about building relationships, so it was only natural to create a pre-show networking mixer that would give our speakers and attendees a chance to mingle with the Houston small business and marketing crowds and since we are Houston based it makes sense to team up with a Houston organization that's helping at-risk youth build a foundation for their life."
